Typesetting
It'z Interactive has considerable experience of typesetting using LaTeX and FrameMaker and is investigating adding Scribus to the set of tools that we use. Past work includes typesetting newsletters, short technical documents, long technical documents, books and conference proceedings.
Although InDesign (formerly PageMaker) and Quark Xpress are usually thought of as the standard tools for typesetting work, we believe that FrameMaker is a far superior tool, especially for longer works. Our focus is on value added work where formulae and equations are important or where technical sub-editing is an important issue. For this reason we also work with LaTeX which remains the foremost tool for typesetting works with formulae and equations.
